In the latest accomplishment by ISN to make everything possible, our team has successfully gone live with operations at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport on Claim Unit 16.
Through focused planning, detailed commissioning, and innovative execution, the ISN team—together with our partner Industrial Builders—developed and deployed the electrical and controls systems required to support the airport’s newest inbound claim unit. As part of the project, ISN designed, fabricated, and delivered a new Motor Control Panel (MCP) to integrate seamlessly with SEA-TAC’s existing infrastructure. The team carried out rigorous testing and validation to ensure reliable operation, while coordinating closely with airport stakeholders to execute the system cutover with no disruption to active baggage handling operations.
This accomplishment reflects ISN’s commitment to delivering technical excellence in complex, live operational environments. The new claim unit not only enhances baggage service capacity but also reinforces SEA-TAC’s ability to provide passengers with a smooth, dependable travel experience.
