ISN is proud to announce the successful completion and go-live of the Inbound Claim Unit at Syracuse Hancock International Airport, delivered in partnership with the Five Stare Airport Alliance.
The system is now fully operational, marking an important milestone in enhancing baggage handling performance and reliability at the airport. ISN provided all electrical engineering and drafting, software engineering, PLC programming, and commissioning required to design, integrate, and deploy the electrical and controls systems supporting the inbound claim operation.
Through detailed engineering, rigorous testing, and close coordination with project partners, the ISN team ensured a smooth transition from installation to live operations.
