ISN is proud to announce the successful completion and go-live of the new outbound CBIS and sort system at Missoula Montana Airport (MSO).
As part of the project, ISN provided full upper- and lower-level controls, designing and deploying a modern system to manage airport operations efficiently and reliably. The system featured centralized PLC-based control with networked communication to multiple motor control panels, supporting the operation of a high-performance outbound sorting environment.
The CBIS included multiple EDS machines and was delivered with a PGDS-compliant reporting suite and operator interfaces to meet TSA standards. All components were fully integrated, tested, and commissioned to ensure smooth and uninterrupted airport operations.
The system is now live and operational, providing enhanced reliability, reporting, and control for Missoula Montana Airport’s outbound baggage handling operations.
